PAYMENT

Please make checks payable to Mid-Michigan Cat Fanciers, Inc.  Funds must accompany entries.  (U.S. Bank Drafts or Money Orders.)  No personal checks marked 'U.S. Funds' will be accepted.  There is a charge of $20.00, plus bank fees for returned checks, declined or do not honor credit cards.

SCORING

All Championship, Premiership, and AOV entries must have a CFA registration number.  All Championship, Premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.  CFA rules will be strictly enforced.  No kittens under the age of four months will be permitted in the show hall.  If you have small kittens please bring CFA litter registration as proof of age.  No household pet kittens will be allowed for sale. No animals permitted in carriers except for transporting.

BENCHING

Benching will be from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM, with judging to commence at 10:00 AM sharp Saturday and 10:00 AM on Sunday.  All cats must be checked in.  Exhibitors are reminded that all entries should be inoculated by a veterinarian against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, tested for FeLV and their claws clipped prior to benching.  The advertised show hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.  A detailed map to the show hall and show hotel information will be sent with your confirmation.  Cage size is 22x22x22.  Litter will be provided.  The show hall provides for heating and air conditioning.  Ribbons and rosettes will be given in all rings. The Building will open at 8:00 AM both days. The church folks will again be providing wonderful people food at reasonable prices.

ADVERTISING

Exhibitor advertising rates for the catalog are $25.00 for a full page - $15.00 for ½ page - $8.00 for ¼ page.  A free half page ad will be given with five or more entries from the same owner.  Please send your 'CAMERA READY' ad copy with your entries.  Donations (not tax deductible) to our show fund will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged in the catalog. 

HOUSEHOLD PETS

Please note HOUSEHOLD PETS WILL BE JUDGED IN ALL RINGS.  All adult Household Pets must be altered and may not be declawed.  (CFA Rules)  No household pet kittens will be allowed for sale.

The Show Hotel is the Clarion Barcelo Hotel - 8600 Merriman Road, Romulus, MI (near Detroit Metro Airport).  Room rate is $59 plus tax.  Phone number is 734-728-7900.

PHONE ENTRIES

Sorry we cannot accept entries over the phone unless faxed.  One benching request per exhibitor will be honored IF POSSIBLE.  Reasonable care will be taken of cats and personal property.  The City of Wyandotte, CFA, Mid-Michigan Cat Fanciers, Inc., or individual club members shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged property. The show hall is handicapped accessible. Handicapped benching requests shall be accommodated whenever possible, at no extra cost to the exhibitor.
